Who handles your enquiry

Sami Hmaida is responsible for enquiries received for the ENERQUOR project. Contact contact@enerquor.com for questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights.

What the form does

The form uses your name, professional email, optional organisation, selected service, project stage and short description to prepare an email or WhatsApp message. Required fields help us understand and reply to your request; you can instead contact us directly without completing the form.

The website does not submit the brief to an ENERQUOR web database. It opens your selected application with a draft. You review and send it there. When you choose WhatsApp, the prepared message is included in the link passed to WhatsApp. Please avoid sensitive or confidential project information at this stage.

Local draft and preferences

Where browser storage is available, the draft is kept in this tab's session storage for up to two hours after your last edit so it can be restored when you change language or reload. It is removed when you clear the draft or the tab session ends; an expired draft is removed on the next page load. Other people using the same browser tab may be able to see it.

The site also remembers your chosen language and display theme locally. A language-preference cookie can last up to one year. You can change these preferences at any time or remove them in your browser settings. The ENERQUOR application does not add advertising or audience-measurement trackers.

Use, recipients and retention

Once you send an enquiry, its contents are used to reply, assess the requested work and prepare any agreed proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, as applicable.

Access is limited to the publisher and people who need the information to handle your request. Email, WhatsApp and hosting providers process information according to their services and policies. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their published policies explain their locations and safeguards.

The retention policy for an enquiry that does not lead to an assignment is no longer than three years after the last relevant contact, with earlier deletion when no longer needed. Contractual records are handled separately according to the applicable record-keeping obligations. Draft storage in your browser has the shorter lifetime described above.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Send your request to contact@enerquor.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.

For information processed directly by your chosen mail or messaging provider, consult that provider's privacy policy and settings. Hosting providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website.
